These are the marches and campaign songs of the SS or Schutzstaffel during the 1930s and World War II years. All the selections on this LP are from rare, original 78 rpm discs of the era with instrumental performances by SS bands and vocal renditions by men of various SS units.

B2 and B5 are misidentified as SS-ensembles when they were, in fact, an SA unit called S(elbständiger) Sturmbann XII, Untergruppe Ost, Berlin.
