Famous Batteries of the Royal Artillery (1926) By Ubique
In 1833 the Royal Artillery was granted the privilege of bearing the word "Ubique" as a universal battle honour on its badge, and at the same time the right of individual batteries to various honours was withdrawn. In 1926, distinctive sub-titles were officially rewarded to a number of Artillery units and it is the object of the book to explain how these titles were won.
